I am currently a Senior Lecturer (teaching focused) of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Queenland .

My main area of research is computational algebraic geometry as it pertains to symbolic computation.

I contributed code to the commercial computer algebra system Maple which is maintained by Maplesoft in Waterloo, Ontario.

Previously I attended:

• The University of Western Ontario under Dr. Marc Moreno Maza and Dr. Éric Schost earning a Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2014,
• Simon Fraser University under Dr. Michael Monagan earning M.Sc. in Pure Mathematics in 2008 , and
• McMaster University earning a B.Sc. with distinction in Pure Mathematics in 2006.
